The Playground is your testing environment where you can interact with your AI Agent, test different scenarios, and fine-tune responses without affecting your live deployment. It's the perfect place to:

- •Validate that training data is being used correctly
- •Debug unexpected responses or behaviors
- •Share test conversations with your team
Accessing the Playground
You can access the Playground from multiple locations:
From your dashboard: Click on any chatbot → "Test in Playground"
During setup: Available in Step 4 of the creation wizard
Direct link: Navigate to /chatbots/[your-bot-id]/playground
